To design forms simply add the required form elements by selecting them from the toolbox menu. Once they appear on the form you can drag them up or down and place them where you want them to go on the form. To set the properties of each form element click on them and adjust the settings in the corresponding properties window.

To set the forms properties, such as title, background color,text color etc. then select "Set Form Properties" from the toolbox menu.

When you have completed the design of your form then create a "published" version by selecting "Publish Form" from the menu. This will create a new file that contains the version of your form you can sent to others to fill in.

Note: The filename that is used to create the "published" version of the form is governed by the title of the form that is set in "Form Properties".

Enter/select values for each question in the form. When you have completed the form press the button to save it. If you have not completed all of the fields correctly then an error message will appear with instructions of what to do.

Once you have completed the form and saved it, you can print it out using the "Print Friendly" option in the menu. You may also e-mail the file back to the person who sent it to you as your changes will have been saved in the file.
